New Providence Pioneers (New Providence, NJ) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Highland Park Owls (Highland Park, NJ), 6-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, New Providence moves its record to 7-3 on the campaign. The Pioneers host Linden (Linden, NJ) to meet the Tigers in a non-league test on Tuesday, October 22. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 3-8. Linden 2-2 in their recent non-league test against St. Joseph (Metuchen, NJ)

The Owls now sport a 4-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Metuchen for a Greater Middlesex - Blue test on Monday, October 21. Highland Park will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 4-1 non-league win over Governor Livingston (Berkeley Heights, NJ). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-7.
