In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting West Central Valley Wildcats volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Boone Toreadors.
The Wildcats (8-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Perry (Perry, IA). The Bluejays enter the non-league challenge with a 14-14 record. In their last challenge, Perry beat South Hamilton (Jewell, IA), 3-1, in a league challenge.
Next, the Toreadors meet the Guthrie Center Tigers (Guthrie Center, IA) in a challenge, on Saturday, October 19. Boone will attempt to upgrade on its 7-23 season record.
