In Saturday's non-league match, the Valencia Jaguars (Los Lunas, NM) volleyball squad overcame the visiting Del Norte Knights (Albuquerque, NM), by a count of 3-0.

Next up, the Jaguars battle the Belen Eagles (Belen, NM) in a 4A District 5 match, on Tuesday, October 22. Valencia will attempt to move on its 10-7 season record. The Eagles enter the match with a 14-4 record after their 3-0 league win over Grants (Grants, NM).

The Knights (6-10) will now prepare for their match against Hope Christian (Albuquerque, NM). The Huskies enter the 4A District 6 match with a 13-5 record. In their last match, Hope Christian notched a victory over Los Alamos (Los Alamos, NM), 3-0, in a non-league match.
