The Dunlap Eagles edged the visiting Sycamore Spartans volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league game.
Next up, the Eagles face the Grant Community Bulldogs (Fox Lake, IL) in a non-league game, on Saturday, October 19. Dunlap will attempt to advance on its 20-10 season record. The Bulldogs go into the game with a 8-18 record after their 2-1 league loss to Grayslake North (Grayslake, IL).
The Spartans (10-19) will now prepare for their game against Antioch (Antioch, IL). The Sequoits go into the non-league game with a 13-11 record. In their last game, Antioch nudged Round Lake (Round Lake, IL), 2-0, in a league game.
