The Lemmon Cowboys volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Pine Ridge Thorpes to 1 in the Cowboys non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Cowboys now have a 13-12 record. They play next when they travel to Kadoka for a non-league outing on Saturday, October 19. Lemmon will play a Kougars team coming off a 3-0 league win over Jones County (Murdo, SD). The Kougars record now stands at 21-3.

With the loss, Pine Ridge drops to 16-12 on the campaign. The Thorpes travel to Bison (Bison, SD) to play the Cardinals in a non-league outing on Saturday, October 19. The Cardinals come into the outing with a record of 2-17. Bison lost 3-1 in their recent non-league outing against Bowman County co-op [Bowman/Rhame] (Bowman, ND)
