The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Palisades Dolphins (Pacific Palisades, CA) and the visiting Taft Toreadors (Woodland Hills, CA), saw Palisades's volleyball squad beat Taft by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Palisades upgrades its record to 30-4 on the year. The Dolphins travel to Venice (Los Angeles, CA) to play the Gondoliers in a non-league bout on Saturday, October 2. The Gondoliers go into the bout with a record of 23-3. Venice won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Verdugo Hills (Tujunga, CA)

The Toreadors now own a 25-12 record. They play next when they travel to Chatsworth for a West Valley bout on Tuesday, October 5. Taft will play a Chancellors squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Kennedy (Granada Hills, CA). The Chancellors record now stands at 10-16.
