The Panthers now hold a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Byron for a Class A Section 1 test on Thursday, October 5. Pine Island will meet a Bears squad coming off a 5-0 non-league win over Waseca (Waseca, MN). The Bears record now stands at 12-2.

With the loss, Caledonia drops to 3-7 on the season. The Warriors host St. Charles (St. Charles, MN) to meet the Fighting Saints in a Class A Section 1 test on Tuesday, October 3. The Fighting Saints come into the test with a record of 8-1. St. Charles won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Minnehaha Academy (Minneapolis, MN)
