The Boonville Pirates routed the visiting New Franklin Bulldogs softball squad by a final score of 11-1 in Monday's non-league battle.
The Pirates (8-16) will now prepare for their battle against Fulton (Fulton, MO). The Hornets go into the non-league battle with a 19-7 record. In their last battle, Fulton topped Moberly (Moberly, MO), 10-1, in a non-league battle.
The Bulldogs now possess a 6-11 record. They play next when they travel to Jamestown for a non-league battle on Tuesday, October 3. New Franklin will meet a squad coming off a 4-3 non-league win over California (California, MO). The record now stands at 11-4.
