The Centralia Panthers softball team scored 14 runs and limited the visiting North Callaway Thunderbirds to 7 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Centralia moves its record to 16-7 on the year. The Panthers travel to Hallsville (Hallsville, MO) to clash with the Indians in a non-league game on Tuesday, October 3. The Indians come into the game with a record of 17-3. Hallsville lost 2-0 in their recent non-league game against Fatima (Westphalia, MO)

In their next game, the Thunderbirds clash with the Mark Twain Tigers (Center, MO) in a Eastern Missouri game, on Tuesday, October 3. North Callaway will attempt to move on its 15-14 season record. The Tigers come into the game with a 8-9 record after their 22-4 non-league win over Westran (Huntsville, MO).
