The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Champlin Park Rebels (Champlin, MN) and the visiting Hopkins Royals (Minnetonka, MN), saw Champlin Park's volleyball squad beat Hopkins by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Champlin Park upgrades its record to 15-4 on the year. The Rebels host Centennial (Circle Pines, MN) to play the Cougars in a Northwest Suburban bout on Thursday, October 5. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 5-9. Centennial lost 3-1 in their recent league bout against Andover (Andover, MN)

The Royals now own a 8-8 record. They play next when they travel to Edina for a Lake bout on Tuesday, October 3. Hopkins will play a Hornets squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Forest Lake (Forest Lake, MN). The Hornets record now stands at 7-10.
