Illinois High School Volleyball - Tri-Point Lexington

The Lexington Minutemen topped the host Tri-Point Chargers volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Monday's non-league test.

The Minutemen now have a 10-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley for a Heart of Illinois test on Tuesday, October 3. Lexington will confront a Falcons team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Dwight (Dwight, IL). The Falcons record now stands at 4-14.

The Chargers (3-21) will now prepare for their test against Armstrong (Armstrong, IL). The Trojans enter the non-league test with a 7-10 record. In their last test, Armstrong gained a win over Iroquois West (Gilman, IL), 2-0, in a league test.
