North Carolina High School Volleyball - West Lincoln over Thomas Jefferson

The West Lincoln Rebels (Lincolnton, NC) volleyball overcame the host Thomas Jefferson Gryphons (Mooresboro, NC), 3-1 in Monday's non-league outing.

With the win, West Lincoln betters its record to 9-12 on the year. The Rebels travel to Newton-Conover (Newton, NC) to face the Red Devils in a Catawba Valley Athletic 2A outing on Tuesday, October 3. The Red Devils go into the outing with a record of 6-7. Newton-Conover lost 3-2 in their recent league outing against East Burke (Connelly Springs, NC)

The Gryphons now sport a 5-12 record. They play next when they travel to Shelby for a Southern Piedmont 1A/2A outing on Thursday, October 5.
