The Tupelo Golden Wave topped the host West Point Green Wave volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Monday's non-league test.
The Golden Wave now have a 18-17 record. They put it on the line next when they host Murrah for a non-league test on Thursday, October 5. Tupelo will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Canton (Canton, MS). The Mustangs record now stands at 5-11.
The Green Wave (0-15) will now prepare for their test against Northeast Lauderdale (Meridian, MS). The Trojans enter the non-league test with a 21-6 record. In their last test, Northeast Lauderdale gained a win over West Lauderdale (Collinsville, MS), 3-0, in a league test.
