The Goochland Bulldogs walloped the host Charlottesville Black Knights football team by a score of 49-8 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Bulldogs play the Albemarle Patriots (Charlottesville, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, October 9. Goochland will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record. The Patriots go into the challenge with a 0-5 record after their 48-0 non-league loss to Fluvanna County (Palmyra, VA).

The Black Knights (0-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Monticello (Charlottesville, VA). The Mustangs go into the non-league challenge with a 2-3 record. In their last challenge, Monticello was ripped by Louisa County (Mineral, VA), 28-13, in a non-league challenge.
