In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Lincoln Abes volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Peninsula Seahawks.

The Abes (6-2) will now prepare for their challenge against North Thurston (Lacey, WA). The Rams come into the non-league challenge with a 4-5 record. In their last challenge, North Thurston was nudged by Central Kitsap (Silverdale, WA), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Seahawks meet the Central Kitsap Cougars (Silverdale, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 8. Peninsula will attempt to upgrade on its 6-2 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 7-2 record after their 2-1 non-league win over North Thurston (Lacey, WA).
