The Central Gwinnett Black Knights softball squad (Lawrenceville, GA), was routed 16-2 in Wednesday's non-league contest with the host Pickens Dragons (Jasper, GA)

With the triumph, Pickens improves its record to 20-5 on the year. The Dragons travel to Towns County (Hiawassee, GA) to face the Indians in a non-league contest on Thursday, October 3. The Indians enter the contest with a record of 5-8. Towns County lost 11-0 in their recent non-league contest against Athens Christian (Athens, GA)

The Black Knights now hold a 12-8 record.
