With the win, Byron-Bergen improves its record to 2-2 on the season. The Bees host Wheatland-Chili (Scottsville, NY) to encounter the Wildcats in a Section 5 Genesee County I test on Thursday, October 3. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 1-6. Wheatland-Chili lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Kendall (Kendall, NY)

The Golden Gophers now own a 4-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Warsaw for a Section 5 Livingston County III test on Friday, October 4. Pavilion will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Pembroke (Corfu, NY). The Tigers record now stands at 3-7.
