The Dixie Heights Colonels volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Holmes Bulldogs to 0 in the Colonels non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Colonels now possess a 7-12 record. They play next when they host Beechwood for a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 8. Dixie Heights will play a Tigers team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Highlands (Fort Thomas, KY). The Tigers record now stands at 19-7.
