Valley Lutheran Chargers (Saginaw, MI) boosters left the game thrilled Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Ithaca Yellowjackets (Ithaca, MI), 3-0 in a league test.

With the win, Valley Lutheran improves its record to 8-9 on the season. The Chargers host Yale (Yale, MI) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Thursday, October 3. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 8-12. Yale won 3-0 in their recent league test against Almont (Almont, MI)

The Yellowjackets now own a 8-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Shepherd for a non-league test on Monday, October 7.
