Colorado High School Volleyball - Prospect Ridge Academy edged by St. Mary's Academy

St. Mary's Academy Wildcats (Englewood, CO) boosters left the game thrilled Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the visiting Prospect Ridge Academy Miners (Broomfield, CO), 3-2 in a league test.

With the win, St. Mary's Academy improves its record to 6-4 on the season. The Wildcats host Jefferson Academy (Broomfield, CO) to encounter the Jaguars in a 3A/2A Metro test on Monday, October 7. The Jaguars go into the test with a record of 7-10. Jefferson Academy lost 3-1 in their recent league test against Colorado Academy (Denver, CO)

The Miners now own a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Stargate School for a 3A/2A Metro test on Friday, October 4. Prospect Ridge Academy will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 3-2 league win over Eagle Ridge Academy (Brighton, CO). The Eagles record now stands at 14-2.
