The Normal University Pioneers were victorious over the visiting Glenwood Titans football team by a score of 20-12 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Pioneers face the Lanphier Lions (Springfield, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 9. Normal University will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record.
The Titans (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Mahomet-Seymour (Mahomet, IL). The Bulldogs enter the non-league challenge with a 3-0 record. In their last challenge, Mahomet-Seymour ran past Peoria Notre Dame (Peoria, IL), 40-0, in a non-league challenge.
