The Southaven Chargers edged the visiting Lake Cormorant football team by a score of 14-8 in Thursday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Chargers face the DeSoto Central Jaguars (Southaven, MS) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 14. Southaven will attempt to improve on its 3-1 season record. The Jaguars enter the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 22-7 non-league win over Hernando (Hernando, MS).
The (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Horn Lake (Horn Lake, MS). The Eagles enter the challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Horn Lake held off Southaven (Southaven, MS), 14-8, in a non-league challenge.
