California High School Volleyball - Central Catholic tips East Union

In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting Central Catholic Raiders volleyball squad scored a tight 2-1 win over the East Union Lancers.
With the win, Central Catholic improves its record to 4-3 on the season. The Raiders host Manteca (Manteca, CA) to face the Buffaloes in a test on Monday, October 13. The Buffaloes go into the test with a record of 9-4. Manteca won 2-0 in their recent league test against Sierra (Manteca, CA)
The Lancers now own a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oakdale for a non-league challenge on Saturday, October 4. East Union will meet a Mustangs team coming off a 2-0 league win over Patterson (Patterson, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 15-0.
