Granada Matadors (Livermore, CA) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Monte Vista Mustangs (Danville, CA), 2-0 in a league test.

With the win, Granada improves its record to 16-6 on the season. The Matadors travel to Dublin (Dublin, CA) to face the Gaels in a test on Tuesday, October 7. The Gaels come into the challenge with a record of 0-4.

Next, the Mustangs meet the Carondelet Cougars (Concord, CA) in a challenge, on Thursday, October 9. Monte Vista will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record.
