California High School Flag Football - Scripps Ranch over Academy of Our Lady of Peace

The crowd at Thursday's non-league contest between the Scripps Ranch Falcons (San Diego, CA) and the visiting Academy of Our Lady of Peace Pilots (San Diego, CA), witnessed Scripps Ranch's flag football squad knock off Academy of Our Lady of Peace by a tally of 47-27.

The Falcons (8-6) will now prepare for their contest against University City (San Diego, CA). The Centurions enter the City - City contest with a 10-5 record. In their last contest, University City was outscored by Mission Bay (San Diego, CA), 21-7, in a non-league contest.

Next up, the Pilots encounter the Francis Parker Lancers (San Diego, CA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, October 3. Academy of Our Lady of Peace will attempt to advance on its 7-9 season record. The Lancers go into the bout with a 3-4 record after their 39-6 league win over Pacific Ridge (Carlsbad, CA).
