Arizona High School Flag Football - Mingus sneaks past Westview

October 2, 2025: Avondale, AZ 85323

In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Mingus Marauders flag football team scored a tight 14-7 win over the Westview Knights.

With the win, Mingus improves its record to 6-1 on the season. The Marauders travel to Shadow Ridge (Surprise, AZ) to play the Stallions in a non-league battle on Saturday, October 4. The Stallions go into the battle with a record of 1-5. Shadow Ridge lost 28-14 in their recent non-league battle against Tolleson (Tolleson, AZ)

The Knights now have a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to Thunderbird for a non-league battle on Thursday, October 9.
