The Archbishop Alter Knights soccer squad scored 5 points and held the visiting Chaminade Julienne Catholic Eagles to 0 in the Knights league victory on Thursday.
The Knights now possess a 11-1 record. They play next when they travel to Fairmont for a non-league bout on Monday, October 6. Archbishop Alter will face a Firebirds team coming off a 5-0 league win over Springfield (Springfield, OH). The Firebirds record now stands at 6-4.
The Eagles (7-5) will now prepare for their game against Bishop Fenwick (Franklin, OH). The Falcons come into the Greater Catholic League Co-Ed game with a 4-8 record.
