The Bald Eagle Area Eagles (Wingate, PA) soccer the visiting Philipsburg-Osceola Mountaineers (Philipsburg, PA), 2-0 in Thursday's league battle.

The Eagles (2-9) will now prepare for their battle against Penn Cambria (Cresson, PA). The Panthers enter the Laurel Highlands battle with a 1-5 record. In their last battle, Penn Cambria by Somerset (Somerset, PA), 1-0, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Mountaineers battle the Bishop Guilfoyle Marauders (Altoona, PA) in a Laurel Highlands battle, on Tuesday, October 7.
