Bassett Bengals (Bassett, VA) fans went home in high spirits Thursday as they observed their football squad thwart the host Tunstall Trojans (Dry Fork, VA), 32-18 in a non-league match.

The Bengals (3-3) will now prepare for their match against George Washington (Danville, VA). The Eagles come into the non-league match with a 4-1 record. In their last match, George Washington defeated Fleming (Roanoke, VA), 36-21, in a non-league match.
