The Capistrano Valley Christian Eagles football squad (San Juan Capistrano, CA), was trounced 48-6 in Thursday's non-league contest with the host Valley Christian Defenders (Cerritos, CA)

The Defenders (5-1) will now prepare for their contest against Aquinas (San Bernardino, CA). The Falcons enter the contest with a 5-1 record. In their last contest, Aquinas crushed Ontario Christian (Ontario, CA), 14-12, in a league bout.
