The Layton Christian Academy Eagles football squad scored 20 points and limited the visiting Providence Hall Patriots to 14 in the Eagles league triumph on Thursday.
The Eagles now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host American Leadership Academy for a non-league test on Thursday, October 9.
With the defeat, Providence Hall drops to 5-2 on the campaign. The Patriots host Summit Academy (Bluffdale, UT) to meet the Bears in a non-league test on Thursday, October 9. The Bears enter the challenge with a record of 2-2. Summit Academy won 38-16 in their recent non-league challenge against South Summit (Kamas, UT)
