Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the Union Pines Vikings (Cameron, NC) and the host Scotland Fighting Scots (Laurinburg, NC), saw Union Pines's soccer squad triumph over Scotland by a count of 5-0.
The Vikings (4-1) will now prepare for their battle against West Johnston (Benson, NC). The Wildcats enter the battle with a 5-4 record. In their last battle, West Johnston South Johnston (Four Oaks, NC), 1-1, in a non-league battle.
