The Redford Union Panthers volleyball team (Redford, MI), was beaten 3-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the host Crestwood Chargers (Dearborn Heights, MI)

The Chargers (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Melvindale (Melvindale, MI). The Cardinals enter the non-league challenge with a 6-2 record. In their last challenge, Melvindale achieved victory over Annapolis (Dearborn Heights, MI), 2-1, in a non-league test.

The Panthers now own a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Annapolis for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 7. Redford Union will face a Cougars squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Melvindale (Melvindale, MI). The Cougars record now stands at 2-2.
