The Covington Catholic Colonels (Park Hills, KY) soccer overwhelmed the visiting Archbishop McNicholas Rockets (Cincinnati, OH), 5-1 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
The Colonels now hold a 10-7 record. They play next when they host Holy Cross for a District 35 challenge on Tuesday, October 7. Covington Catholic will encounter a Indians squad coming off a 4-4 non-league Grant County (Dry Ridge, KY). The Indians record now stands at 4-12.
