Greenwood Gators (Bowling Green, KY) boosters exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Barren County Trojans (Glasgow, KY), 5-2 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Greenwood moves its record to 11-8 on the campaign. The Gators travel to Bowling Green (Bowling Green, KY) to clash with the Purples in a District 14 test on Tuesday, October 7. The Purples come into the test with a record of 12-1. Bowling Green won 8-0 in their recent non-league test against Franklin-Simpson (Franklin, KY)

The Trojans now sport a 8-7 record.
