Louisiana High School Volleyball - Catholic - N.I. over Ascension Episcopal

Fans at Thursday's non-league test between the Catholic - N.I. Panthers (New Iberia, LA) and the visiting Ascension Episcopal (Lafayette, LA), saw Catholic - N.I.'s volleyball squad achieve victory over Ascension Episcopal by a score of 3-1.

With the win, Catholic - N.I. improves its record to 10-11 on the season. The Panthers travel to Varsity Opponent (, ) to face the in a non-league test on Saturday, October 4. The go into the test with a record of 189-486.

The now own a 15-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Westminster Christian Academy for a Division V District 3 test on Tuesday, October 7. Ascension Episcopal will face a Chargers squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Acadiana Renaissance Charter Academy (Youngsville, LA). The Chargers record now stands at 8-10.
