Pennsylvania High School Volleyball - Huntingdon over Bishop McCort

Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Huntingdon Bearcats (Huntingdon, PA) and the visiting Bishop McCort Crushers (Johnstown, PA), saw Huntingdon's volleyball squad notch a victory over Bishop McCort by a score of 3-1.

With the win, Huntingdon improves its record to 6-11 on the season. The Bearcats host Bald Eagle Area (Wingate, PA) to meet the Eagles in a Laurel Highlands 1 contest on Thursday, October 9. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 20-5. Bald Eagle Area won 3-0 in their recent league test against Clearfield (Clearfield, PA)

The Crushers now own a 9-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Forest Hills for a Laurel Highlands 2 challenge on Tuesday, October 7. Bishop McCort will meet a Rangers team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Bald Eagle Area (Wingate, PA). The Rangers record now stands at 20-4.
