Florida High School Volleyball - Calvary Christian tips Tampa Prep

In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Calvary Christian Warriors volleyball team scored a close 3-2 triumph over the Tampa Prep Terrapins.

The Warriors (22-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Clearwater Central Catholic (Clearwater, FL). The Marauders come into the non-league challenge with a 10-11 record. In their last challenge, Clearwater Central Catholic edged Mitchell (New Port Richey, FL), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Terrapins meet the Carrollwood Day Patriots (Tampa, FL) in a 2A District 6 challenge, on Tuesday, October 7. Tampa Prep will attempt to upgrade on its 14-6 season record. The Patriots come into the challenge with a 17-4 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Strawberry Crest (Dover, FL).
