The Buccaneers enter the match with a 2-11 record after their 3-0 league loss to St. Mary's Dominican (New Orleans, LA).

The Rebels (1-12) will now prepare for their match against Archbishop Chapelle (Metairie, LA). The Chipmunks come into the Division I District 8 bout with a 13-7 record. In their last bout, Archbishop Chapelle fell by Academy of the Sacred Heart (New Orleans, LA), 3-2, in a non-league bout.
