The Ellington Knights volleyball squad (Ellington, CT), dropped 3-0 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Coventry Patriots (Coventry, CT)

With the win, Coventry moves its record to 11-2 on the year. The Patriots host Windsor Locks (Windsor Locks, CT) to meet the Raiders in a contest on Tuesday, October 7. The Raiders enter the contest with a record of 0-3. Windsor Locks lost 3-1 in their recent non-league contest against Bolton (Bolton, CT)

Next, the Knights meet the Rockville Rams (Vernon, CT) in a North Central Connecticut contest, on Monday, October 6. Ellington will attempt to move on its 4-3 season record.
