The Pennington Tigers edged the visiting Falkville Blue Devils volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Thursday's non-league game.
The Tigers now possess a 15-18 record. They play next when they travel to Hanceville for a 3A Area 11 outing on Tuesday, October 7.
With the loss, Falkville drops to 3-16 on the campaign. The Blue devils travel to Cullman Christian (Cullman, AL) to confront the Lions in a non-league bout on Thursday, October 2. The Lions come into the bout with a record of 11-9. Cullman Christian won 3-0 in their recent league bout against St. Bernard Prep (Cullman, AL)
