The Grand Rapids Thunderhawks volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Greenway Raiders to 0 in the Thunderhawks non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Thunderhawks now have a 13-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Superior for a Lake Superior game on Tuesday, October 7. Grand Rapids will confront a Spartans squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Somerset (Somerset, WI). The Spartans record now stands at 11-17.

The Raiders (11-5) will now prepare for their game against Duluth East (Duluth, MN). The Greyhounds go into the non-league game with a 10-5 record. In their last game, Duluth East gained a win over Superior (Superior, WI), 3-0, in a non-league game.
