Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Hanford West Huskies (Hanford, CA) and the host Summit Charter Collegiate Academy Bears (Porterville, CA), observed Hanford West's volleyball team top Summit Charter Collegiate Academy by a tally of 2-0.

The Huskies (14-6) will now prepare for their test against Tulare Union (Tulare, CA). The The Tribe go into the non-league test with a 5-17 record. In their last test, Tulare Union was defeated by Dinuba (Dinuba, CA), 3-1, in a league test.

The Bears now own a 9-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Orange Cove for a East Sequoia- Redwood test on Tuesday, October 7. Summit Charter Collegiate Academy will face a Titans squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Wonderful College Prep Academy (Delano, CA). The Titans record now stands at 0-17.
