Illinois High School Volleyball - South Beloit over Hiawatha

In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting South Beloit Sobos volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Hiawatha Hawks.

The Sobos (19-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Lincoln Academy (Beloit, WI). The come into the non-league challenge with a 1-9 record. In their last challenge, Lincoln Academy gained a win over Audubon (Milwaukee, WI), 2-0, in a non-league test.

The Hawks now sport a 4-18 record. They put it on the line next when they host Christian Liberty for a Northeastern test on Monday, October 6. Hiawatha will face a Chargers squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Christian Life (Rockford, IL). The Chargers record now stands at 5-5.
