Pennsylvania High School Volleyball - Bishop McCort tips Bishop Carroll

The crowd at Wednesday's league bout between the Bishop McCort Crushers (Johnstown, PA) and the visiting Bishop Carroll Huskies (Ebensburg, PA), saw Bishop McCort's volleyball squad nip Bishop Carroll by a tally of 3-2.

With the win, Bishop McCort upgrades its record to 4-9 on the year. The Crushers host Bishop Guilfoyle (Altoona, PA) to play the Marauders in a Laurel Highlands 2 bout on Thursday, October 21. The Marauders go into the bout with a record of 11-1. Bishop Guilfoyle won 3-1 in their recent league bout against Richland (Johnstown, PA)

The Huskies now own a 4-11 record. They play next when they host Bedford for a Laurel Highlands 2 bout on Thursday, October 21. Bishop Carroll will play a Bisons squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Chestnut Ridge (New Paris, PA). The Bisons record now stands at 14-3.
