Nevada High School Soccer - Spring Valley knocks off Somerset Sky Pointe

Spring Valley Grizzlies (Las Vegas, NV) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Somerset Sky Pointe Eagles (Las Vegas, NV), 8-2 in a league challenge.

Next, the Grizzlies face the Western Warriors (Las Vegas, NV) in a 4A South challenge, on Monday, October 24. Spring Valley will attempt to better on its 8-7 season record. The Warriors enter the challenge with a 3-12 record after their 3-0 league loss to Cimarron-Memorial (Las Vegas, NV).

The Eagles now have a 2-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to Rancho for a 4A South challenge on Monday, October 24. Somerset Sky Pointe will face a Rams team coming off a 5-1 league loss to Legacy (North Las Vegas, NV). The Rams record now stands at 3-11.
