The Castle Park Trojans football team (Chula Vista, CA), was beaten 28-14 in Thursday's league challenge with the visiting Mar Vista Mariners (Imperial Beach, CA)

The Mariners (3-6) will now prepare for their challenge against San Ysidro (San Diego, CA). The Cougars come into the challenge with a 2-7 record. In their last challenge, San Ysidro was beaten by Castle Park (Chula Vista, CA), 42-28, in a league challenge.

The Trojans now sport a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Chula Vista for a challenge on Thursday, October 27. Castle Park will meet a Spartans team coming off a 32-6 league win over Southwest SD (San Diego, CA). The Spartans record now stands at 9-0.
