The Cox Mill Chargers football team (Concord, NC), was beaten 28-6 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the host Hickory Ridge Ragin' Bulls (Harrisburg, NC)

The Ragin' Bulls (7-2) will now prepare for their challenge against West Cabarrus (Concord, NC). The Wolverines come into the non-league challenge with a 4-5 record. In their last challenge, West Cabarrus was beaten by Hough (Cornelius, NC), 25-0, in a non-league challenge.

The Chargers now sport a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they host South Iredell for a non-league challenge on Thursday, October 27. Cox Mill will meet a Vikings team coming off a 22-6 non-league loss to Lake Norman (Mooresville, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 5-4.
