North Carolina High School Football - South Stanly drops to Robinson

In Thursday's non-league game, the Robinson Bulldogs (Concord, NC) football team knocked off the host South Stanly Rowdy Rebel Bulls (Norwood, NC), by a score of 30-8.

The Bulldogs (7-2) will now prepare for their game against Mount Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, NC). The Tigers come into the non-league game with a 6-2 record. In their last game, Mount Pleasant toppled North Stanly (New London, NC), 31-6, in a non-league game.

The Rowdy Rebel Bulls now sport a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Union Academy for a non-league game on Thursday, October 27. South Stanly will battle a Cardinals team coming off a 20-0 non-league win over Albemarle (Albemarle, NC). The Cardinals record now stands at 1-5.
