The crowd at Thursday's non-league contest between the South Columbus Stallions (Tabor City, NC) and the visiting West Columbus Vikings (Cerro Gordo, NC), observed South Columbus's football squad defeat West Columbus by a count of 32-12.

The Stallions now own a 1-5 record. They play next when they host Whiteville for a non-league contest on Thursday, October 27. South Columbus will play a Wolfpack squad coming off a 30-12 non-league win over Heide Trask (Rocky Point, NC). The Wolfpack record now stands at 8-1.
